This is an eleven-week celebration of music, dance, culture, and community. A free event perfect for all age levels and an excellent choice for a day out! The event is in support of local charities and donations are accepted on site!


Lonsdale Farmer’s Market: every Saturday from 10am-3pm featuring conventional and organic produce, local artisans, and live music

Kids Fridays: face-painting, balloon twisting, climbing walls, jugglers, puppeteers, comedians, bouncy castles, etc. Check each Friday for the new event!

Dance Saturdays: Dance lessons and social dancing for all skill levels. Slasa, Swing, Cha-Cha and more!

Concert Sundays: free live concerts featuring world performers and local groups

Calling all artists! A relaxed environment to hone in or tweak your drawing skills. Facilitated by artist Melissa Waddell, these drawing sessions offer inspiration to the sketching abilities of all levels, beginner to advanced.

Dancers in costumes hold poses based on dance traditions and the bright space full of natural light offers a welcoming environment for the creative mind.

Bring your own paper and preferred drawing media. Some easels and drawing boards are provided.

Yaletown's fastest Canada Day Party! First held in 2004, the Grand Prix is a summertime favorite for both spectators and racers ranging from novice to olympian! Come out and enjoy the action and enter your kids into the kids race! Race starts on Mainland Street.

On June 20th, the Prostate Cancer Foundation BC will be celebrating their 12th anniversary of Do it for Dad. In honour of this great event they will be holding a Father’s Day Run and Walk to help raise money for prostate cancer research.

Last year the organization raised over $220,000 , and have raised a total of $1.1 million over the past 12 years.

There will be prizes, entertainment, barbeque, snacks, and beverages for participants. There is also free parking and a kid zone where children can make a great gift for Dad on Father’s Day.
