Vancouver Short Film Festival

Illustrating entrepreneurship at its finest, the Vancouver Short Film Festival started out with a few ambitious students and a love of film. Five years later, the festival has gone from showing 12 films in 2004 to a record 45 this year!

The best short films from across BC and the globe are showcased at the VSFF! New this year is International Animation Day on October 28. Join in as an expert panel in the even in an event called "Using Animation in your Short Film." THis is sure to be entertaining and fun!

On October 29, enjoy Emerging Filmmakers Screening, World's Best Shorts Screening, and Professional Filmmakers Screening

Festival MCs include Marke Driesschen of CTV, and comedian Greg Kettner.

Both nights conclude with an Opening Reception, Closing Party, and Awards Ceremonies, and are free with the purchase of a ticket or pass.
